How much does it cost to exhibit at the show?
$12.90 + GST + QST per square foot. Corner booths are subject to a $100 premium charge.
What is included in this rental fee?
- Floor Space only (booth display, carpet, furnishings, electricity and lighting are NOT included in this fee)

Who is the official show decorator and what do they provide for rent?
GES Canada is the official show decorator. A variety of rental options are available including hardwall construction, slat wall, Velcro panels or steel poles and sliders Steel poles and sliders must be used with soft fabrics to be provided by the exhibitor. This fabric must be in accordance with our fire regulations. Rental drape is not available under any circumstances. A variety of furnishing and accessories are also available for rent including carpet, tables, chairs, electricity and lighting.

Can I use my own prefabricated, custom designed booth structure?
Yes, exhibitors with custom designed, prefabricated booth structures can bring their own booth display.

Do you recommend any transport companies for shipping our products to and from the show?
The Montreal Gift Show recommends that you ship your products with one of the following official carriers as they have priority status.

Can I use my own carrier or drive my own car or truck?
Yes, you can ship with your own carrier or you can bring your products by car or truck. All cube vans, 5 ton (24 foot truck) or tractor trailers must report to the marshalling yard, located at the corner of Peel and Wellington. When a dock is available, the attendant will instruct them to proceed. Vehicles that come directly to the dock will be instructed to proceed to the marshalling yard immediately.

If I don’t speak French, should I hire French speaking staff to help me in my booth?
Yes, the Montreal Gift Show is a bilingual show and you will be more successful if you have French speaking staff in your booth. If neither you nor your staff speaks French, you can hire bilingual booth personnel through BBW or Adecco. These staffing agencies offer reliable and professional staffing services.
